What should I check if I need a receipt or invoice for my purchase?

Provide the correct details through the designated channel rather than an unrelated message. Check that the quantity and amount correspond to the actual purchase.

What should I check about support if a product is no longer offered for sale?

Do not assume a discontinued listing ends every support arrangement. Check whether a suggested alternative involves different conditions or costs.

What should I do if a receipt or invoice contains an error?

Keep the original copy until the seller provides the appropriate revision. Check whether a combined document includes entries from other orders.
